About Refined by Fire
Refined by Fire is a women’s Christian inspirational book series created by Anthony and Crystal Obey, owners of GMA Publishing, and inspired by the treasured text 1 Peter 1:7. The focus of the Refined by Fire series is to demonstrate the real and contemporary power of God in the lives of women from all backgrounds and walks of life. Jesus Christ died on the cross and rose again with all power in His hands; redeeming the abundance and immeasurable riches for those of us who believe in Him to walk and reign in. Yet, many people fail to walk in all of the promises of God. Many women are hurt, spiritually afflicted, discouraged, and emotionally devastated from the various life issues and fiery trials they face.
The Refined by Fire series is a unique message being delivered through the written word for the sole purpose of helping to heal, empower, and educate women of faith to pursue God’s promises with complete faith that they will receive them.
This is being accomplished by the collaboration of anointed and leading women all over the nation writing and advocating Refined by Fire books.
The Refined by Fire message and method of delivery is nothing less than our attempt to reach the Body of Christ on a national scale concerning the message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ in a contemporary society and in an unique way. We must all understand that we are being persecuted, purified, perfected, and positioned for the purposes of God the Father according to His eternal will. As we submit to His plan we will find ourselves facing some impossible circumstances. It's like mama used to say, "God works in mysterious ways." Yet, we're shedding the light on His mysterious ways by understanding that we will suffer some things. The Refined by Fire books teach women how we should respond and operate during these times and give us hope by understanding that they are working to bear wonderous glory in our lives.We are being transformed into the very image of God.
