1.) What does God have to say about his self and knowledge?
A. The Lord is a God of Knowledge. (1 Sam.2;3)
B. Out of His mouth comes Knowledge (Pr. 2;6)
C. His eyes preserve knowledge. (Pr. 22;12)
2.) What is one way of restraining our tongue?
A. Gaining knowledge-"he that has knowledge spareth his
words. (Pr.17;27)
3.) What is a wise man crowned with?
A. Knowledge-The prudent are crowned with knowledge.
(Pr.14:18)
4.) If much knowlege increaseth sorrows, why should I give
myself to it?
A. sorrows will come from much knowledge (Ecc.1;18) But
we are always to walk humbly before God. Never get puffed
up.
Knowledge puffs up but charity edifys. (1Co. 8;1)
5.) What am I to be filled with?
A. Be filled with the knowledge of his will. (Col. 1;9)
B. Be filled with the knowledge of Glory. (Hab.2;14)
There is a lot our God has to say about knowledge, wisdom
and understanding. I encourage you to get the shovel and
begin to dig out his treasure.
