Article #5: Are You wise or foolish?

"wise men lay up knowledge; but the mouth of the foolish is
near destruction." (Pro. 10;14)

The wise person:Their heart is set on getting knowledge
they turn their ear to the seeking of knowledge. This
person, knows the benefit of God's Word and they turn off
the noise of everything else to hear the voice of their
Shepherd. Jesus says this; But he that entereth in by the
door is the shepherd of the sheep. To him the porter
openeth; and the sheep hear his voice; and he calleth his
own sheep by name, and leadeth them out. And when he
putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the
sheep follow him; for they know his voice. And a stranger
will they not follow, but will flee from him; for they know
not the voice of strangers."
The prudent (wise) man deals with knowledge, but a fool
layeth open his folly. This person, because he has cried
out to God and taken the necessary steps to get wisdom and
knowledge, now knows whether something is right or wronge,
and will deal with the situation, person or circumstance
according to the knowledge of God's Word. He has
understanding of the situation, he will spare his words,
he will and can disperse knowledge
Fools don't do this! So again I ask the question, "Are you
wise or foolish?"

Daily Prayer:

Give me now wisdom and knowledge, that I may go out and
come in before this people, teach me good judgement and
knowledge, give me understanding and I will keep your word,
make me to go in the path of thy commandments and incline
my heart unto your word and not to coveteousness, turn away
my eyes from beholding vanity; and quicken me in thy way.
(2Chr. 1:10, Ps. 119:66, 33-37)
